How It Works

Connection Call

If you have questions, concerns or reservations we have an informal introductory call. This is an opportunity to discuss what you would like to work on, get to know each other a little and see if we are a good fit. This is a complimentary and no obligation call, I understand working together is a journey and a personal connection is important. 

Initial Consultation

1 x 60 Minute Consultation - In this time, we will work together to discuss your relationship with food, what that currently looks like and what you would like it to look like. We will deep dive into your hormone and gut health and discuss what symptoms you may have, or what area of your health you would like to optimize. This is where we will discuss the key pillars of health, set some goals together and speak about what's holding you back and how to move forward.

Follow Ups

These sessions are where we will talk about our action points, take a closer look at each pillar we discussed, and target exactly what needs to be talked about in more detail, tailoring to each person and their needs at this time. This is your time to discuss what challenges you may have faced and how we work through those together. We build on your session plan and make changes where necessary.
